I was totally thrilled to see that a card I submitted to a CARDS magazine blog challenge was featured in the gallery... click here to see it. The challenge was to create an embellishment out of vintage book paper. I made the leaves out of an old book, and used distress ink to colour them. The flower is made using paper from THIS Michelle Underwood kit. Love that music paper.
Supplies: Stamp, Notecard and Gems - Hero Arts; PP - Michelle Underwood; Distress Ink - Tim Holtz (peeled paint, spiced marmalade); button - Basic Grey; sewing machine.
Hope you are enjoying your Monday.
Off to do some work...
