Hello, and happy weekend to you. Hope you are enjoying it as much as me.
Today I have the last of my "limited supplies" cards - I have now moved almost everything from my studio down into the living room. Whoops. :)
I used the Tea Flower stamp by Hero Arts, and combined it with Picadilly patterned paper. The sentiment is a mix and match from Hero Arts' Year Round Sentiments and Personal Impressions' Find Joy Everyday set. Love mixing up my fonts... The lovely frames are from Hero Arts' Just Because set.
And just because I can't help but share... my baby girl is 7 weeks today. How time is flying!!
Have a great day - back next week.

What a lovely picture of your daughter. I like the stripes of the blanket she lays on too!
ReplyDeleteGreat card.
Eveline.
She is so cute!!! Lovely card! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteWhat a precious little girl :) Eyes are beginning to focus more now and that little tongue is too cute. Enjoy! Hope you are getting enough sleep...those first few months can be tough. But then all you have to do is look at that face and you can make it through the day :)
ReplyDeleteWhat an absolute sweetie you've got there! Its a wonder you get any crafting done at all with those gorgeous eyes looking up at you. BTW your card is lovely but I'm sorry, your little girl has me drooling! (Oh for a granddaughter, sigh ......)
ReplyDeleteYour little one is stunning! What a cutie patootie!
ReplyDeleteA question for you - what kind of ink did you use to stamp the flowers on the patterned paper? Thanks so much!
She's adorable Lucy! I never can resist babies. Love your card, great paperpiecing, Jo x
ReplyDeleteThe card is cute and the baby is cuter! :)
ReplyDeleteOH, Lucy! She's so beautiful! She seems so much more aware of her surroundings! You did a great job growing this baby! Oh, and the card is lovely, too!!

ReplyDeleteYour baby girl is a doll!!! Super cute. And your card is fabulous!!! :-)
ReplyDeleteThat tea flower stamp has got to be my new favorite now! Love your card! And your sweet girl looks so content! Enjoy your time with her!
ReplyDeleteLucy, you are bringing back memories with your stories and pics! I remember stamping on the top of my washer when my youngest was a baby...seemed I spent most of my time doing laundry anyway, might as well have it all handy! I love your cards this week, great examples of beautiful cards with what you have handy. And your baby is just PRECIOUS! Bless her little heart!
ReplyDeletefabulous card and your daughter is so cute. How time is flying by.
ReplyDeleteGreat card and a gorgeous daughter!
ReplyDeleteLucy, with such a gorgeous wee poppet like Lily, it was inevitable that most of your studio's contents were going to make their way downstairs to be more accessible. It was either that or you would've had to put off grabbing those moments for "therapy" in between the demands of being a new mum and us crafters know how necessary it is to have quality time with our inks/stamps/etc. ;)
ReplyDeleteSo love this card - I love that you've stamped onto DP and created such a beautifully balanced card.
And Lily is just growing beautifully. Hope you have both started to find some rhythm for your days and nights.
