Hello! It's Tuesday, and you know what that means - new digikits. :)
Today Hero Arts release two kits - Rough Stripe and Arches.
Today I have a card made using the Rough Stripe kit.
Today I have a card made using the Rough Stripe kit.
For this card, I took the stripe stamp and duplicated it. Then I turned one of them 90 degrees and laid it over the other, creating a lovely criss-cross effect. Fun to see what you can do when you just play... I printed this on Daffodil layering paper and it has a beautifully soft look to it. Love that the stamp comes in all the Hero Hues colour families. It makes it so easy - just print straight onto the corresponding layering paper. Yum. :)
The gorgeous butterflies and green paper are from October Afternoon's Sidewalks collection. (Love it).
Back tomorrow with another hybrid card made with this week's releases.
See you then.
See you then.
What a striking combination of colors, so pretty! I'm really starting to love digi's now...a lot less expensive too. :)
