Studio Calico's March Kits - Post 1

OK, so I made 14 cards with March's amazing kits from Studio Calico... FAR too many to post all at once. So I'll break up my posts and share them over the next few days.
The Neverland kits are my favourite so far... so much colour, gorgeous papers, and LOADS of fun embellishments. This time, I chose to play with the Card Kit, the Project Life Kit, and the Wendy and Tink Add Ons. All 4 kits are truly awesome.
So today, I thought I'd share all my Card Kit only cards. Each card was made only with the Card Kit, plus a few dies as well.
First up, a New Home card in cool, masculine shades. I love that skyline paper in the kit's pad... I also used Hero Arts Large Tag die, and one of THESE printables.

I love the vellum tape in the kit...

Next, a very simple birthday card featuring some of the gorgeous papers in the kit. They have a lovely vintage feel don't you think. The die is Simon Says Stamp's Ribbon Banner.

And my final card is a very clean and simple one, made for a liuttle challenge we had in the gallery. We were challenged to lift the person below us in the gallery - for me this is Maile Belles. Boy was this tough. I ADORE Maile's cards, but her style is VERY hard to copy. Here is my attempt...

I misted the red paper with my Baby Huey's mister, also in the kit, and die cut a heart using one of THESE dies.

So that's it for today - what a brilliant kit!!
I have LOADS more to share in the next few days, so I will be back!
Bye for now.

Fabulous cards, Lucy! Especially love the first one with it's cool graphic style and fab colour combo. I think I need to get me some enamel dot thingies!
Hugs!
