Simon Says Stamp Blog Hop!

Hello, and welcome to my stop on the Simon Says Stamp Early Spring Release Blog Hop. Today, I am joining some of my crafty idols to bring you a ton of inspiration for the new stamps and dies from Simon Says Stamp. And believe me when I say these products rock. Both of my cards today are window cards created with the circle and square dies.

First, a silly card. :)

Can you guess who's hiding behind the window of this card?

Here he is...

I adore this whale from Kelly Purkey's Come Sail Away set. :) And he needed a wiggle eye. :) The paper on the front is from Studio Calico's Classic Calico 2 pad. I added some Bonny Blue Mister Huey's - incidentally, it's a perfect match to Hero Arts' Pool Ink - and a sentiment from the Square Sayings set. The sentiment on the inside of the card is from the ever-so-useful You set.

And here's another shot... how cute is that whale???

And my second card, also has a peeping critter...

The simple front of this card is meant to draw the recipient's attention straight to the inside where there's a fun sentiment. :)

Kristina Werner's Furry Cat and Box stamp is just TOO cute for words. I stamped it on some ribbed kraft card to give added texture. The sentiment on the front is from the Handwritten Sentiments set, and the 'Surprise' is from the You set.

Bear Hugs

OK, so is this little teddy bear the cutest thing you have ever seen??? I'd say so. :) It's part of Simon Says Stamp's Circle Friends stamp set, designed by the talented Kristina Werner. I just love her designs...

I stamped the bear on scraps of paper from Crate Paper's Fourteen 6 x 6 pad. The background papers are also in that pad. I adore it.

And of course I added a ton of Glossy Accents to the bears' noses. Check out the shine...

I loved making this card. I love SSS stamps.

And don't forget that there's another SSS blog hop in the works... 27th March. Lots of cool designers. LOADS of prizes....

Studio Calico's March Kits - Post 5

It's my final post showcasing Studio Calico's March Kits - Neverland. Both of today's cards feature the Card Kit, the Project Life Kit, and the Wendy and Tink Add Ons.

My first card is a happy one... Lots of colour and fun here with bits and pieces from all the kits. :)

Loving the Amy Tan roller stamp... so many cute messages. :)

And my final card, a feminine and dainty birthday card. Soft and girly.

Aren't the SC sequins so pretty...

I seriously LOVED these kits. And i am so grateful that I get to play with them each month. They make card making so easy and fun!
