Birthday Bling

Hello. The other day I had a card featured on the Hero Arts blog. This card features their new Bubble Confetti stencil which is totally fabulous.  Warning: you may need sunglasses before viewing this card… it is BRIGHT. :)
To create the background for this card, I used Hero Arts Neon Pink Spray and a ton of gold glitter.

  This card really shimmers. Well, more than shimmers, it is totally bling!!!
