Birthday Kite

Hi!
Just popping in with a card created with a couple of new Simon Says Stamp products - the My Heart Soars die set, and one of my favourite new stamp sets: Sending and Wishing.
To make this card, I first die cut the kite from some Pebbles polka dot patterned paper. I added some silver stitching and pulled the threads to the bottom to create a tail. I die cut the clouds from some glitter paper I made (see this post HERE for instructions on how to make your own non-shed glitter paper). Finally, I added everything to some Fog cardstock. So easy.

Love all the sparkle created by the metallic thread and all the glitter. Yum.

    WOW...I just saw the Hero Arts video where you showed how to make the glitter paper. That is so great and I can't wait to try it. I really LOVE ALL your cards. I post everyone to Pinterest. I love your style. I wish you would do more videos so I could really see the detail. Please??!!!!
