Life Can Be Tough…

Hi!
Today I have an encouragement card to share with you featuring products from Simon Says Stamp's Hop To It release!
To create this card, I tried out a double stencilling technique. First I adhered the new Raindrops stencil to some Sea Glass Cardstock, then inked over it with Sea Glass ink. Then I removed the stencil and stamped the sentiment from the Hand Lettered Encouragement set. Finally, I re-adhered the stencil, lining it up perfectly, and added Translucent Embossing Paste.  I added some sparkly die cut hearts, a la Jennifer McGuire, then hand cut the panel out and stitched to some pattered papers.

The result is a nice flat card but the embossing paste, stitching and Glossy Accents add dimension.

    Wow, that is amazing to see the translucent raindrops over the sentiment. Gorgeous! What a cool technique! I'm totally loving the hand papers. :)
