You Are Remarkable

Hello.
For today's card, I wanted to show you how great the Simon Says Stamp Hybrid Inks are for second generation stamping. If you are not familiar with this technique, this is when you stamp the image once, then without re-inking the stamp, you stamp it again. On my card, all the flowers are stamped with the same colour ink - Coral Reef. The lighter colour you can see is achieved through second generation stamping. Cool, huh!
I love the slightly textured and vintage-y look achieved with this ink and the rustic, recycled card I used. It almost looks like fabric, I think.
After stamping all my flowers (which are from Simon's Life is a Journey stamp set), I die cut with the stitched frame die, stamped the sentiment from the Hand Lettered Encouragement set, then added tiny red seed beads to the centre of the flowers, in the same way as I did it on THIS card.

The frame was then adhered to some Burnt Orange cardstock. It's a great match to the Coral Reef ink.

And that's it - so easy, you could make a bunch of these in no time.
Hope you enjoy your day, I'll be back very soon.
