Hello!
Today I have some pretty exciting news to share. :)
Clearly Besotted is now selling my Sparkly Shaker Selections. Woo Hoo. You can find them HERE in the Clearly Besotted shop. (Oh, and Clearly Besotted have them on special offer at the moment!!!)
PLUS, I have tried my hand at product design, and created a series of 'Shaker Shapes' dies for Clearly Besotted. These dies are designed with shaker cards in mind, and I really hope you like them. The dies are now available in the Clearly Besotted shop.
So, I have a card to share that I created with my Shaker Shapes Star and Heart Die Collection. (Feels so weird and funny to say MY die collection!!! Yay!)
So, I have a card to share that I created with my Shaker Shapes Star and Heart Die Collection. (Feels so weird and funny to say MY die collection!!! Yay!)
For this card, I first cut a Simon Says Stamp Balloon from white card, then cut the heart from the balloon. Next, I cut two more balloons from acetate. I stitched the three balloons together but left an opening at the top. I filled up the balloon between the two acetate layers with my Gilded Rose Shaker Selection, then stitched up the gap. Really simple. I added the balloon to some Echo Park paper, die cut with my favourite frame die, then added to a white notecard.
Here's a close up of the yummy sequins. The gold colour in my Gilded Rose selection is much more muted than in my other gold selection. It's really soft.
What a day!! I'm very happy. :)
Before I go, I want to say a HUGE thank you to the wonderful ladies at Clearly Besotted for supporting me. I am eternally grateful to Stephanie and Jenny, and their amazing design team. Love you all!
