Today I'm sharing a card that I created with a fun mixture of Hero Arts and Simon Says Stamp.
For some time, thanks to Pinterest, I've been longing for a stamp set with which I can build my own tassel garland. So I think Hero Arts new Tassels set is just perfect!! For my card, I stamped a variety of tassels on some Fine and Dandy patterned papers, trimmed them, and adhered them to some fun confetti style paper from Becky Higgins Southern Wedding pad. The huge sentiment stamp from Simon's Congratulations set is combined with a tiny message from the Happy and Smile set. I love the mix of big and small fonts here. :)
A sprinkling of tiny stars add some shine to this completely flat card.
