Elf Christmas

I'm back today with another Clearly Besotted Stamps sneak peek… and today I am sharing a glimpse of the new Little Elves 4x6 stamp set. This set has a load of different elf stamps which are perfect for creating elfish scenes and perfect for colouring. Along with all the amazing new sets, it will be available to purchase from 10pm GMT on 5th September.
I decided I wanted to create a little trio of elves, so stamped the same elf three times, coloured them in with my Prismacolors, cut them out and stuck them together, arms around each other. I added glitter detail with a Gelly Roll glitter pen (you know, I want to adore my Wink of Stella pen, but I just cannot get good control over it. For small images, the Gelly Roll definitely works best for me!) I adapted a sentiment from the set (did a bit of stamp surgery) to make it read 'have your elf' rather than 'have yourself', stamped it onto a Large Tag, added twine and my elves then stuck the tag to some green glitter card.

The combination of subtly glittery elves, sparkle twine and glitter paper is sparkle-tacular! :) You gotta have glitter at Christmas, right?

This set is so cuuuute. And there's even a shelf stamp included so you can design your own Elf on the Shelf scenes!! Adorable. :)
